Production Details
It is our goal that from your perspective
book production is very simple. Once you
have sent us your PO (or signed bid) we will
discuss your needs and handle all the print
production, as well as any necessary design
or digital prepress.
All of our printing is top-quality. However,
if we receive files with low-quality scans
then you will get back a book that is
low-quality. We will make every effort
to communicate these potential issues
when we see them, but it will be your
responsibility to check your Live Dummy
carefully before approving it in writing.
In order to keep the books flowing, the
process requires that you start with a
signed bid and/or PO. We will often request
a deposit as well.
Once we have your final file we will design
or prepare it for printing. You will receive
proofs during this process, and this process
is never guaranteed in a specific timeframe,
as there are many variables, including your
input, files, changes, etc.
Once you have approved the layout in
writing we can go to press! We offer 10
Day Turnaround, and the vast majority of
projects ship in under 10 working days after
approval. We will do everything we can to
hit it, but we don’t guarantee this deadline
as printing is full of variables that we do
not always control.
